Shipping Process
Our shipping process is divided into Handling Time and Transit Time.
1. Handling Time: All products require a production process. Therefore, our handling time is typically between 1 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
2. Transit Time: Once your order is ready and has left our warehouse, the transit time is approximately 6 to 9 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery Time
The total delivery time for your order is the sum of the handling time and the transit time. Please note that our estimated shipping timelines do not include handling or production time.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. You can use this information to track your order through the carrier’s tracking system.
The item has never been received
Customers can contact us by email if they have never received the item. We will contact our shipping department and delivery agent to find out the status of the product.
Undelivered packages:
Undelivered packages incur a fee for shipping and handling. Please note the storage period of seven days. Fees are charged thereafter. Unpaid charges are forwarded to a debt collection service.
Delivery delays:
In the event of delivery delays, we will contact you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Extensive delays entitle you to cancel your purchase.
Changes to delivery address:
If you need to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped, please contact us directly as soon as possible. Please note that address changes may not always be possible, depending on the stage of delivery.
Incorrect address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
