At mandl-crafts.com, we aim to ensure you are delighted with your purchases. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected, so if you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact. You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note, it may take up to 7 days for your bank to process the refund and credit your account. mandl-crafts.com is not liable for any bank charges that you may incur during the refund process.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Edits

If you would like to edit your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After the initial 2 hours we will not be able to edit your order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Lost parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and ensure that your order reaches you, this is providing the correct address is selected at checkout. If you do not want the parcel replaced, we will have to wait 30 days before refunding the order if the parcel finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check on your order regularly during the two weeks to track its progress and provide you with accurate information.

No Restocking Fees

There are no restocking fees charged on any returns.
